摘 要:为了解决方钢管混凝土桁架结构离散变量拓扑优化问题,通过遗传算法随机生成初始拓扑构形,采用启发式算法检查并修正拓扑构形;以方钢钢管截面型号、拓扑变量、混凝土强度等级为优化变量,以结构造价最低为优化目标,建立基于独立拓扑变量的拓扑优化数学模型,提出一种基于拟满内力遗传算法的方钢管混凝土桁架结构拓扑优化方法;拟满内力遗传算法初始总群中部分个体由拟满内力算法的优化解产生,并且将拟满内力算法作为算子加到遗传操作后运行;同时对传统遗传算法的罚函数进行改进,提高遗传算法运行效率;通过算例对12杆桁架结构优化前、后模型及拓扑优化结果进行对比。结果表明:相对于拟满内力算法与遗传算法,所提出的方法应用于方钢管混凝土桁架结构拓扑优化总造价更低;拓扑优化后的结构杆件较少,并且各杆件均已充分发挥承载能力,拓扑优化效果明显改善。To solve the topology optimization problem of concrete-filled square steel tubular truss structure with discrete variables,an initial topology configuration was randomly generated by using genetic algorithm,and the topology configuration is checked and corrected by using heuristic algorithm.Taking the section type of square steel tubes,topology vari-ables,and concrete strength grade as optimization variables,and the minimum cost of the structure as the optimization goal,a topology optimization mathematical model based on independent topology variables was established,and a topology optimization method of concrete-filled square steel tubular truss structure based on imitative full internal force genetic algorithm was proposed.A part of individuals in the initial total group of imitative full internal force genetic algorithm was generated by optimal solutions of imitative full internal force algorithm,and imitative full internal force algorithm was added to the genetic operation as an operator to run.Meanwhile,the penalty function of traditional genetic algorithm was improved to enhance the operation efficiency of genetic algorithm.The model and topology optimization results of 12-bar truss structure before and after optimization were compared by using an example.The results show that compared with imitative full internal force algorithm and genetic algorithm,the total cost of the topology optimization of concrete-filled square steel tubular truss structure by applying the proposed method is lower.The structure after topology optimization has fewer members whose bearing capacity has been fully developed,and the topology optimization effect is improved obviously.
