双形貌前驱体制备钛酸锶钡介质陶瓷的结构及其介电性能

摘  要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸锶钡(BST)静电纺丝前驱液,经过静电纺丝、煅烧等工艺得到均匀的钛酸锶钡纳米级无机纤维,使用模压法1300℃煅烧制备了纤维质量分数为10%、30%和50%的颗粒/纤维双形貌前驱体的陶瓷介质。通过XRD、EDS及SEM分析了钛酸锶钡颗粒/纤维前驱体和陶瓷介质的物相组成和微观形貌,采用自动元件分析仪测试钛酸锶钡陶瓷介质的介电性能。结果表明,纤维结构前驱体的存在可以改善陶瓷介质的微观结构,钛酸锶钡纤维前驱体结构蓬松,制备出的纯纤维前驱体介质陶瓷的致密性较差导致介电常数至少降低50%、介电损耗增加0~3,适量的钛酸锶钡无机纤维前驱体结构将陶瓷介质的介电常数提高500~2000。Electrospinning precursor solution of barium strontium titanate(BST)was prepared by sol-gel method.The homogeneous BST nanoscale inorganic fibers were obtained by electrospinning and calcination,and the ceramic medium with 10%,30%and 50%particle/fiber dual-morphology precursor was prepared by calcination at 1300℃and moulding method.The phase composition and microstructure of BST particle/fiber precursor and ceramic medium were analyzed by XRD,EDS and SEM.The dielectric properties of BST ceramic medium were tested by automatic component analyzer.The results showed that the presence of fiber structure precursors could improve the microstructure of ceramic medium.The structure of BST fiber precursor was fluffy,and the density of the pure fiber precursor dielectric ceramics was poor,which resulted in the dielectric constant decreasing by at least 50%and the dielectric loss increasing by 0-3.However,the dielectric constant of ceramic medium increased by 500-2000 with the proper amount of BST inorganic fiber precursor structure.
