摘  要:随着城市化进程的不断推进,城市功能区作为城市规划中重要的基础组成部分,对城市功能区的空间布局现状进行研究是十分必要的。文中基于POI数据、手机信令数据、土地利用数据等多源数据,通过对POI数据构建“空间面积—人口热度”二元权重计算模型,滨城区进行功能区划分并分析结果。经过精度检验,Kappa系数为0.772,功能区的识别精度较高。结果表明,主城区的混合度较高,其承载着主要的居住和生活服务;滨城区功能的空间分布具有一般集聚的特点,呈东南—西北分布趋势,且在各个方向上发展较为均衡。功能区划分能够为城市科学合理的规划提供借鉴,及时发现城市规划中的问题并能够优化解决。Identification and analysis of urban functional areas based on multi-source data with the continuous progress of urbanization,as an important basic part of urban planning,it is very necessary to study the current situation of spatial layout of urban functional areas.Based on multi-source data such as POI data,mobile phone signaling data and land use data,this paper constructs a binary weight calculation model of"spatial area population heat"for POI data,and divides the functional areas of Bincheng District,and analyzes the results.After the accuracy test,the Kappa coefficient is 0.772,and indicating that the recognition accuracy of the functional area is high.The results show that the mixing degree of the main urban area is high,which carries the main residential services and living services,and its functions are relatively perfect.The spatial distribution of the functions of the Bincheng District has the characteristics of general agglomeration.The main trend of distribution is from southeast to northwest,and the development is more balanced in all directions.The division of functional areas can provide reference for scientific and reasonable urban planning,find the problems in urban planning and optimize them in time.
