摘　　要：周围性面瘫由于失治误治,遗留面肌痉挛、鳄鱼泪征、联带运动等后遗症,影响患者面部美观,给患者造成严重的心理压力。大量研究发现毫针针刺、艾灸、电针、穴位注射、穴位埋线、毫火针等针灸疗法治疗周围性面瘫后遗症疗效较好,安全性高。笔者系统总结了近年来有关周围性面瘫后遗症的疾病发病机制及针灸治疗的研究内容,以期为临床治疗周围性面瘫后遗症提供参考。Due to the mistreatment of peripheral facial paralysis,the sequelae such as hemifacial spasm,crocodile lacrimal sign and associated movement are left,which affect the facial appearance of patients and cause serious psychological pressure to patients.A large number of studies have found that acupuncture such as filiform needle,moxibustion,electroacupuncture,point injection,acupoint catgut embedment,and filiform-heated needle has good effect and high safety on the treatment of sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis.To providea reference for the clinical treatment of the sequelae of peripheral facial paralysis,the authors systematically reviewed the studies on the pathogenesis and its treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion in recent years.
