摘 要:现有的数控机床结构精密,运行过程十分复杂,一旦发生故障,采用传统方式进行故障的检测和维修难度较大,效率较低。通过分析数控机床在运行期间的常见故障类型,应用PLC控制技术进行数控机床的故障诊断和维修,充分发挥其在逻辑性编程上的优势,可大幅提高故障检测准确率和维修效率,在现代工业生产中具有很强的应用价值。The existing CNC machine tools have a precise structure and very complex operation processes.Once a fault occurs,it is difficult to carry out the maintenance work.By analyzing the common fault types of CNC machine tools during operation,it can be found that the application of PLC control technology to repair CNC machine tools and the use of its logical programming to carry out fault diagnosis have a high accuracy,can greatly improve the maintenance efficiency,and has a strong practical value in modern industrial production.
