隐匿性骨折患者应用DR诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:研究隐匿性骨折患者应用DR诊断的临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月4日至2021年3月17日时间内我院接诊的隐匿性骨折患者中随机抽取43例进行调查。所有研究疾病患者均进行手术病理诊断检查和DR诊断检查。分析两组检查方式的检查结果、肋骨骨折诊断准确率和隐匿性骨折诊断准确率。结果:在对43例隐匿性骨折患者进行诊断检查后,DR诊断检查结果显示共检查出93处肋骨骨折,漏诊22处,有45处隐匿性骨折,漏诊16处;有29例患者检查出为隐匿性骨折,漏诊14例,共检查出45处肋骨骨折;其中有15例患者为1根肋骨骨折,12例患者为2根肋骨骨折,2例患者为3根肋骨骨折。在对43例隐匿性骨折患者进行诊断检查后,手术病理诊断检查结果显示共检查出肋骨骨折115处,漏诊0处;其中隐匿性肋骨骨折有61处,漏诊0例;43例患者中有28例患者为1根肋骨骨折,12例患者为2根肋骨骨折,3例患者为3根肋骨骨折。DR检查的肋骨骨折诊断准确率低于手术病理诊断检查(P<0.05);DR检查的隐匿性骨折诊断准确率低于手术病理诊断检查(P<0.05)。结论:在对隐匿性骨折患者进行临床诊断时,手术病理诊断检查和DR检查均是较好的诊断方式,具有较好的诊断准确率,但后者具有操作简便、可重复性好的优势,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective:To study the clinical value of DR in the diagnosis of occult fractures.Methods:A total of 43 patients with occult fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 4,2019 to March 17,2021 were randomly selected and investigated.All patients with study conditions underwent surgical pathology diagnostic tests and DR diagnostic tests.The examination results of examination methods,the diagnostic accuracy of rib fractures and the diagnostic accuracy of occult fractures in the two groups were analyzed.Results:After the diagnostic examination of 43 patients with occult fractures,the results of DR diagnostic examination showed that a total of 93 rib fractures were detected,22 were missed,45 were occult fractures,and 16 were missed.Occult fractures were detected in 29 patients,and 14 cases were missed.A total of 45 rib fractures were detected.There were 15 patients with 1 rib fracture,12 patients with 2 rib fractures and 2 patients with 3 rib fractures.After the diagnostic examination of 43 patients with occult fractures,the results of surgical and pathological diagnostic examinations showed that a total of 115 rib fractures were detected,and 0 was missed.There were 61 occult rib fractures and 0 case was missed diagnosis.One rib fracture in 28 of 43 patients,two ribs in 12 patients and three ribs in 3 patients.The diagnostic accuracy of rib fracture by DR was lower than that by surgical pathology(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of DR in detecting occult fractures was lower than that of surgical pathology(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical pathology and DR are both good diagnostic methods in the clinical diagnosis of patients with occult fractures,with good diagnostic accuracy.However,the latter has the advantages of simple operation and good repeatability,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
