摘　　要：探讨聚酯浆料上浆涤纶织物的退浆工艺。针对聚酯浆料上浆涤纶机织物的浸渍法和汽蒸法两种退浆工艺进行工艺参数优化。结果表明:浸渍法最佳退浆工艺为氢氧化钠质量浓度0.2 g/L、精练剂TF⁃125C质量浓度2 g/L、除油剂TF⁃101质量浓度2 g/L、分散剂TF⁃133B质量浓度2 g/L、100℃浸渍30 min、浴比1∶30;汽蒸法退浆工艺为氢氧化钠质量分数0.5 g/L、精练剂TF⁃125C质量浓度4 g/L、除油剂TF⁃101质量浓度3 g/L、分散剂TF⁃133B质量浓度4 g/L、浸轧温度80℃、浸轧方式二浸二轧、100℃汽蒸40 min。认为:碱的浓度在聚酯浆料退浆过程中至关重要,浓度过高或过低都会严重影响聚酯浆料的退浆效果,精练剂、除油剂、分散剂等助剂总体上对聚酯浆料的退浆性能影响不大。对比浸渍法退浆和汽蒸法退浆工艺发现,浸渍法退浆效果更佳。Desizing process of polyester fabric sized by polyester slurry was discussed.Parameters of two desizing processes of polyester fabric sizing by dipping and steaming were optimized.Results showed that the optimum desizing process of impregnation method was 0.2 g/L sodium hydroxide,2 g/L mass concentration of scouring agent TF⁃125C,2 g/L oil remover,2 g/L mass concentration of dispersant TF⁃133B,dipping at 100℃for 30 min and with bath ratio of 1∶30.The steam desizing process was 0.5 g/L mass fraction of sodium hydroxide,4 g/L mass concentration of scouring agent TF⁃125C,3 g/L mass concentration of oil remover TF⁃101,4 g/L mass concentration of dispersant TF⁃133B,dip rolling at 80℃temperature,the dip rolling method of double⁃dip and double⁃roll,and steaming at 100℃for 40 min.It is considered that the concentration of alkali was very important for the process of polyester paste desizing,too high or too low concentration will seriously affect the desizing effect of polyester paste.Scouring agent,degreasing agent,dispersant and other additives have little effect on the desizing performance of polyester paste.Compared with the desizing process with dipping method and steaming method,desizing with dipping method has better desizing effect.
