摘 要:探讨国产精梳锡林高、中、低齿密齿条的配置实践。根据不同品牌锡林使用情况,简单划分了高、中、低齿密锡林的界定标准,并进行了不同齿密锡林与不同小卷定量配套的成纱质量试验。结果表明:成纱棉结随着锡林齿条齿密的增加而显著降低;采用高齿密锡林同时配置超重小卷定量,会导致成纱常发性纱疵有所增加;采用Graf齿条的国产较低齿密锡林并配置重定量小卷,结合前进给棉工艺,充分利用棉卷自清洁功能去除棉结,仍能够获得较好的成纱质量水平。认为:在满足容纤量的条件下,尽可能增加锡林齿条齿密,并选择适中的小卷定量,同时配置较小的锡林梳理隔距,可使成纱常发性纱疵得到明显降低。Practice of high,medium and low tooth density of domestic combing cylinder were discussed.According to the use of different brands of cylinder,the definition standards of high,medium and low tooth density cylinder were simply divided,the yarn quality test of different tooth density and different lap weight per unit was carried out.The results showed that cotton neps were decreased significantly with the increase of cylinder tooth density.However,the use of high tooth density cylinder and the addition of heavy lap weight per unit could lead to the increase of regular yarn defects.Graf rack low tooth tensity domestic cyliner was equipped with heavy lap weight per unit,combined with the forward cotton feeding process,self⁃cleaning function of cotton roller was fully utilized to remove neps,better yarn quality could still be obtained.It is considered that under the condition of meeting capacity of fiber,regular yarn defects can be reduced obviously by increasing tooth density of cylinder rack as much as possible,selecting the proper amount of lap weight per unit and configuring the small gauge of cylinder carding.
