摘　　要：为保证本色涤纶缝纫线品质和生产效率,对比传统槽筒并纱加捻技术,分析了新型精密并纱加捻技术的优势。采用AW22型精密卷绕并纱机+TS20D型气动倍捻机的方案,阐述了其工艺设计、操作管理、设备维修、产品质量和节能等方面的实践和体会。结果证明:采用AW22型精密卷绕并纱机+TS20D型气动倍捻机配套方案,生产的涤纶缝纫线纱疵、断头、捻度不匀率和毛羽等质量指标较优,节约能耗26.4%。认为:该设备配套方案产品质量高,节约能耗,是保证并纱捻线工艺质量的较佳选择。In order to ensure quality and production efficiency of polyester sewing thread,advantages of the new precise doubling and twisting technique were analyzed compared with traditional grooved roll doubling and twisting technique.Scheme of AW22 type precision winding and doubling machine+TS20D type pneumatic double twister,its practice and experience in process design,operation management,equipment maintenance,product quality and energy saving were elaborated.The results showed that the quality indexes such as thread defects,broken ends,twist unevenness and hairiness of polyester sewing thread produced by AW22 type precision winding and doubling machine+TS20D type pneumatic double twister were excellent,energy consumption was saved by 26.4%.It is considered that product quality of the equipment is high,energy consumption is saved,which is a better choice to ensure the quality of yarn twisting process.
