摘  要:针对管纱一体化追溯平台成本高、手工追溯繁琐低效等缺点,设计并实现了一种便携式管纱追溯系统。该系统采用无线射频技术和便携式设备记录管纱与锭位的对应关系,结合5G技术与数据库技术设计PDA采集系统和数据处理系统,实现管纱的逆向追踪。通过某5万锭纺纱车间的实际应用表明:该便携式管纱追溯系统操作简单高效,能够减少约55%的报警纱管数量,且其建设成本仅为一体化追溯系统的1/10。该便携式管纱追溯系统既弥补了非自动化集体落纱车间无法建立一体化追溯体系的缺点,又解决了一体化追溯体系成本高的问题。Aiming at shortcomings of high cost,tedious and inefficient manual tracing of the bobbin yarn integrated tracing platform,a portable bobbin yarn tracing system was designed and realized.Wireless radio frequency technology and portable equipment were adopted to record the correspondence between bobbin yarn and spindle position,combineing 5G technology and database technology to design PDA collection system and data processing system,which realized reverse tracing of bobbin yarn.The application effect in 50000 spindle spinning workshop showed that the portable bobbin yarn tracing system was simple and efficient in operation,which could reduce the number of alarm bobbin yarn by approximately 55%stable,its construction cost was only 1/10 of the integrated tracing system.This portable bobbin yarn tracing system not only made up for the shortcomings of non⁃automatic collective doffing workshop which could not establish the integrated tracing system,but also solved the problem of high cost of the integrated tracing system.
