摘 要:随着薄板在船体各部位的应用日益增多,薄板智能焊接成为薄板分段效率提高和建造质量稳定的重要保证。针对船舶建造中薄板拼板激光复合焊接工艺过程,研究了铣边工艺过程中积屑瘤的成因及消除措施、适用于激光复合焊接的耐高温车间底漆的选型,以及保护气体稳定传输等工艺方法,提出了适合现场高效生产的解决方案,为智能造船提供技术保障。With the increasing application of thin plates in ship structure,intelligent welding of thin plates has become an important guarantee for improving the efficiency of thin plate segmentation and stabilizing the construction quality.Through combing the process of laser composite welding of thin plate assembly in ship building,the causes and elimination methods of build-up edge in the process of edge milling,the selection of high-temperature resistant shop primer suitable for laser composite welding,and stable transmission method of shielding gas were studied.Based on this,an solution suitable for on-site efficient production is proposed,which provides technical support for intelligent shipbuilding.
