摘  要:造船钢材主要指的是船体结构所用钢板、型材和管材。钢材作为造船主要资材之一,在船舶建造成本中占比较高,特别是在散货船和集装箱船等货船中,钢材成本占总资材成本约50%以上。为了降低船舶建造成本,各大船厂都在想办法提高船体结构钢材一次利用率。本文通过一型85000 DWT散货船,总结分析了在生产设计过程中所采取的提高钢材一次利用率的各种措施及方法,对船厂如何提高钢材一次利用率有一定的借鉴作用。Steel for shipbuilding mainly refers to the steel plate,profile and pipe used in hull structure.As one of the main materials for shipbuilding,steel accounts for a relatively high proportion of the costs of ship construction,especially in cargo ships such as bulk carriers and container ships,the steel costs accounts for more than 50%of the total material costs.In order to reduce the ship construction costs,major shipyards are trying to improve the primary utilization rate of hull structure steel.Based on a 85000 DWT bulk carrier,this paper summarizes and analyzes various measures and methods to improve the primary utilization rate of steel in the process of production design,providing a reference for other shipyards.
