摘  要:灾难发生后进行快速的响应十分重要。在充分考虑灾难发生后的不确定因素基础上,建立模糊双层物资配置模型对应急物资配置问题进行优化,旨在使救援总费用最小并且使受灾民众的认知满意度最大。利用KKT条件,将双层规划模型转化为单层规划模型,并利用模糊费用来刻画运输难度的不确定性,考虑模糊费用服从三角分布时利用期望值法对模型进行转化,将所建立的模糊双层规划模型转化为与之等价的单层混合整数规划模型,最后查找相关数据并利用LINGO软件进行求解,验证了模型的可行性。It is very important to respond quickly after a disaster.On the basis of fully considering the uncertain factors after the disaster,a fuzzy bi-level material allocation model is established to optimize the emergency material allocation problem,aiming at minimizing the total rescue cost and maximizing the cognitive satisfaction of the affected people.The KKT condition is used to transform the bi-level programming model into a single-level programming model,and the fuzzy cost is used to describe the uncertainty of transportation difficulty.When the fuzzy cost obeys triangular distribution,the model is transformed by expected value method,and the established fuzzy bi-level programming model is transformed into its equivalent single-level mixed integer programming model.Finally,relevant data are found and solved by LINGO software,which verifies the feasibility of the model.
