摘  要:在地下水丰富而且水位较高、地质透水性较强的环境下进行埋深较大的明挖暗埋隧道施工,如何防止出现地下水渗漏是施工难点之一。以杭州文一西路提升改造工程地下隧道结构全包防水工程为例,出于增强防水性能之目的,采取如下优化:顶板防水层与预铺防水卷材搭接方式从L形改为直线形;大面积铺设的防水卷材外侧直接铺设加强层,去掉加强层的砂粒层;采用厚度为10 mm的带注浆管双道中埋式止水带;预铺防水卷材遇到桩头时,将防水加强层改为丁基防水密封胶;采用新型可周转对拉螺栓。实践证明,施工更为方便,防水效果良好,隧道工程竣工通车后,隧道没有发现渗漏水和湿渍情况。Under the environment of rich groundwater and high water level and strong geological permeability, how to prevent groundwater leakage is one of the difficulties in the construction of open cut and buried tunnels withlarge buried depth. Taking the all-inclusive waterproof project of the underground tunnel structure in the upgrading and reconstruction project of Wenyi West Road in Hangzhou as an example, for the purpose of enhancing the waterproof performance, the following optimization measures are taken: The overlapping mode of the roof waterproof layer and the pre-paved waterproof coiled material is changed from L-shape to linear;The reinforcement layer is directly laid on the outside of waterproof coiled materialin a large-area, and the sand layer of the reinforcement layer is removed;A 10 mm thick double buried waterstop with grouting pipe is adopted;When the pre-paved waterproof coiled material meets the pile head, the waterproof reinforcement layer shall be changed to butyl waterproof sealant;The new type of reversible split bolt is adopted. The practice has proved that the construction is more convenient and the waterproof effect is good. After the tunnel project is completed and opened to traffic, there is no water leakage and wet spots in the tunnel.
