摘 要:针对传统利用小波变换等方法获取暂态能量实现故障选相存在算法和选相判据复杂的问题,提出一种利用故障分量构建暂态能量的输电线路故障选相方法。该方法从电压、电流故障分量角度构建三相暂态能量比和零序暂态能量指标,通过将这些指标与相应的阈值比较,完成故障选相。基于某实际系统动模试验的故障录波数据验证了方法的有效性;并通过PSCAD/EMTDC搭建典型双端电源输电线路仿真模型,验证了所提选相方案可以不受故障点位置、故障初相角等的影响,可耐受更高的过渡电阻。Targeting the problems of complicated algorithm and criterion in the fault phase selection by using wavelet transform and other methods to obtain transient energy,the paper proposes a fault phase selection method for transmission lines using fault components to build transient energy.The method uses the three-phase transient energy ratio and zero-sequence transient energy as the phase selection indicators from the perspective of voltage and current fault components,and makes the fault phase selection by comparing these indicators with the corresponding thresholds.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified with fault record data from the dynamic simulation test of an actual system,and the simulation model of the typical double-terminal power line is built by PSCAD/EMTDC,to verify that the proposed phase selection scheme can withstand higher transition resistance without being affected by fault location and initial fault phase angle.
