摘  要:针对火检冷却风机运行中存在入口滤网频繁堵塞、风机频繁切换、耗能多以及噪声大问题,提出采用部分冷一次风替代火检冷却风机达到对火检探头冷却和吹扫作用,实现运维人员工作减负和节能降耗的目的。通过现场实际应用验证了所提出火检冷却风系统的改造能够提高设备的使用寿命,并提升了火检冷却风系统运行的可靠性,为同类型机组在火检冷却风系统上的改造提供参考。According to the problems of frequent clogging of inlet filter screen,frequent switching of fan,high energy consumption and high noise in the operation of fire checking cooling fan,it is proposed to replace the fire checking cooling fan with part of cold primary air to achieve the cooling and purging functions of fire checking probe,so as to realize the purpose of reducing the load of operation and maintenance personnel,saving energy and reducing consumption.The field application verifies that the proposed modification of fire checking cooling air system can improve the service life of equipment and the operation reliability of fire checking cooling air system.It provides a reference for the modification of fire checking cooling air system of the same type units.
