摘　　要：为解决现有LW30-40.5T型断路器机构存在的二次元件安装板在分合闸时出现振动造成设备损坏及开关误动风险问题,研制了一种可实现多重减振及固定的二次元件安装板减振固定装置。该装置可在LW30-40.5T型断路器分合闸时,实现吸能减振的功能,有效减小断路器分合闸时二次元件安装板及其二次元件的振动振幅,确保LW30-40.5T型断路器在电网系统中的安全可靠运行。In order to solve the problem of equipment damage and switch misoperation caused by the vibration of the secondary component mounting plate in the existing LW30-40.5T circuit breaker mechanism during opening and closing,a secondary component that can achieve multiple vibration reduction and fixation is developed.The device can realize the function of energy absorption and vibration reduction when LW30-40.5T circuit breaker is opened and closed.The device effectively reduces the vibration amplitude of the secondary component mounting plate and its secondary components when the circuit breaker is opened and closed,and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the LW30-40.5T circuit breaker in the power grid system.
