摘　　要：设计了智能型嵌入式电动执行机构控制器。介绍了其系统方案设计,包括主控模块、电源模块、混合电机驱动模块、大数据诊断及存储模块、故障检测模块、智能显示屏模块等。嵌入式实时操作系统实现了电动执行机构控制器在高转速、大转矩工况下的稳定可靠运行,同时拓展了智能显示功能。The intelligent embedded electric actuator controller is designed.The system scheme design is introduced,including main control module,power supply module,hybrid motor drive module,big data diagnosis and storage module,fault detection module,intelligent display module,etc.Using embedded real-time operating system,the controller of electric actuator runs stably and reliably at high speed and high torque,and the function of intelligent display is expanded.
