摘　　要：自新型冠状病毒肆虐人类以来,全球已经历了3年的大流行,是20世纪以来最为严重的突发公共卫生事件。本文回顾了3年来全球疫情发展形势,系统地分析新型冠状病毒感染疫情的流行特点、病毒特性、疾病特征以及相关干预措施有效性的发展变化情况,重点讨论在新形势下防控策略调整的必要性所需考虑的综合因素,包括病毒传播特性、免疫屏障、疾病负担和危害、药物治疗等。围绕资源准备、监测体系建立、重点人群疫苗接种、健康宣传等方面提出新阶段的新型冠状病毒感染疫情防控应对建议,为今后新发传染病的应急处置和综合防控提供有益借鉴。The pandemic of SARS-CoV-2 lasts for three yeas since the outbreak,and has become the most significant public health emergency of the 20th century.This paper reviews trends in the global pandemic over the past three years,systematically analyzes the epidemiological properties,pathogenic characteristics,clinical features,and effectiveness of various interventions over time.Our study focuses on comprehensive factors to be considered for adjusting prevention and control strategies under the new situation,including pathogen and transmission characteristics,immune barriers,disease burden and hazards,therapeutic progress.We aim to make recommendations for the prevention and control of SARS-CoV-2 infections in terms of resource preparation,establishment of surveillance system,vaccination of key populations,health promotion,and we believe this experience will provide useful reference for the emergency response and comprehensive prevention and control of new infectious diseases in the future.
