罐车液相法兰密封性能影响因素研究

摘　　要：以某液氨运输罐车为研究对象,分析罐车液相法兰密封性能的影响因素,指出垫片失效变形、介质内压载荷变化和环境温度变化是影响法兰密封系统的主要因素。建立液相法兰的有限元模型,分析预紧工况下垫片的失效变形、内压载荷和环境温度对螺栓法兰接头密封性能的影响。模拟结果表明:液相法兰紧急切断阀阀根的内芯平面与法兰盘密封垫片之间存在凹陷区域,造成垫片的密封面积减少20.9%,降低法兰接头的密封性能;介质内压载荷的波动对系统密封性能影响很小;温度变化对残余压应力值的影响较大,决定密封条件的最小压力值随温度降低而降低,从而影响法兰的密封性能。Taking liquid ammonia transport tanker as the research object,the influencing factors of the liquid phase flange sealing performance of the tank car were analyzed.It is pointed out that the gasket failure deformation,the change of the internal pressure load of the medium and the change of the ambient temperature are the main factors affecting the flange sealing system.The finite element model of liquid phase flange was established to analyze the influence of failure deformation of gasket,internal pressure load and ambient temperature on the sealing performance of bolted flange joint under preload condition.The simulation result shows that there is a depressed area between the inner core plane of the valve root of the liquid phase flange emergency shut-off valve and the flange sealing gasket,which reduces the sealing area of the gasket by 20.9%and reduces the sealing performance of the flange joint.The fluctuation of the internal pressure load of the medium has little effect on the sealing performance of the system.The temperature change has a great influence on the residual pressure stress value.The minimum pressure value that determines the sealing condition decreases with the temperature drop,thus affecting the sealing performance of the flange.
