摘  要:目的:拟针对肺通气功能正常支气管哮喘患者进行呼出气一氧化氮测定(fractional exhaled nitric oxide,FeNO),研究FeNO测定对肺通气功能正常支气管哮喘患者糖皮质激素治疗的指导意义。方法:选取100例肺通气功能正常的支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,纳入的奇数病例(50例)为对照组,偶数病例(50例)为试验组,分析FeNO浓度测定与哮喘症状控制之间的关系,对比两组患者激素治疗应答情况。结果:FeNO浓度测定与哮喘症状评分之间存在相关关系(P<0.05);两组患者激素治疗应答情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FeNO浓度测定可作为判断哮喘控制的参考依据,对于未控制与部分控制患者激素治疗有重要指导意义。Objective:Exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) was measured in bronchial asthma patients with normal pulmonary ventilation to study the significance of FeNO measurement on glucocorticoid therapy in bronchial asthma patients with normal pulmonary ventilation.Methods:100 patients with bronchial asthma with normal pulmonary ventilation were selected for the study,and the odd-numbered cases(50 cases) included were the control group and the even-numbered cases(50 cases) were the test group.The relationship between FeNO concentration measurement on asthma symptom control was analyzed and the response to hormone therapy was compared between the two groups.Results:There was a correlation between FeNO concentration measurements and asthma symptom scores(P<0.05).The difference in response to hormone therapy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FeNO concentration measurement can be used as a reference basis for determining asthma control,and is an important guide for hormone therapy in uncontrolled and partially controlled patients.
