摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参酮胶囊联合异维A酸对痤疮患者皮损及血清炎症因子水平的影响,为临床治疗痤疮提供确切指导。方法:选取2018年10月—2020年10月南阳市第一人民医院收治的86例痤疮患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各43例。对照组采用异维A酸治疗,观察组采用丹参酮胶囊、异维A酸联合治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、皮损评分、炎症因子水平、皮损疼痛、生活质量、不良反应及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.441,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者皮损评分及白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)、白细胞介素-18 (IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)对比,差异有统计学意义(t=8.286、8.722、7.666、2.731,P<0.05);治疗后,视觉模拟疼痛评分表(VAS)评分、皮肤敏感值-16 (Skindex-16)评分对比,差异有统计学意义(t=2.910、3.431,P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(χ^(2)=0.622,P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮胶囊、异维A酸联合治疗在减少痤疮患者炎症反应、改善皮损症状方面效果确切,有利于控制病情进展,减轻皮损疼痛程度,降低复发率,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of tanshinone capsule combined with isotretinoin on skin lesions and serum inflammatory factors in acne patients.Methods:86 acne patients admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study population and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isotretinoin,and the observation group was treated with a combination of tanshinone capsules and isotretinoin.The clinical efficacy,lesion score,inflammatory factor level,lesion pain,quality of life,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.441,P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion scores and interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-18 (IL-18),and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were compared between the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant (t=8.286,8.722,7.666,2.731,P<0.05).After treatment,the differences in visual analogue pain scale (VAS) scores and skin sensitivity value-16 (Skindex-16) scores were statistically significant (t=2.910,3.431,P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=0.622,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of tanshinone capsule and isotretinoin is effective in reducing the inflammatory response and improving the symptoms of skin lesions in acne patients,which is conducive to controlling the progression of the disease,reducing the painful degree of skin lesions,reducing the recurrence rate and improving the quality of life of patients.
