摘　　要：通过验案1则探讨吕文良教授论治乙型病毒性肝炎相关性肝病的学术思想,吕文良教授认为乙肝病毒属于疫毒之邪,疫邪入侵后伏恋不去,伤及肝体,损及肝用,蕴结难解,易变生它证;同时提出肝郁血滞是乙肝相关性肝病的发病之源,脾土虚弱是肝病进展之根,日久及肾,致气血水不利;治疗主张首重益气,倡“健脾为本”,同时引进药理和分阶段用药的理念,验之临床收效满意。Professor Lyu Wenliang's academic thought of treating hepatitis B related liver diseases is discussed via one proven case,he holds that the disease belongs to the evil of epidemic toxin,the evil lingers after the invasion of the epidemic,causing the damage to liver,the accumulation and mass is difficult to resolve,easily transforming into other patterns;simultaneously,he puts forward that liver depression and blood stagnation is the source of the disease,the weakness of spleen-earth is the root cause of liver disease development,involving the kidney in the long run,causing the disorder of Qi,blood and water;the treatment proposes benefiting Qi first,advocating“invigorating spleen as the root”,introducing the concept of pharmacology and phased use of drugs,with satisfactory clinical results.
