摘　　要：目的:基于《中华医典》、中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,总结古文献中鼾症相关病因病机,分析古文献中中医药治疗鼾症的用药规律。方法:收集《中华医典》中有关鼾症的病因病机和治疗方药,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)分析方药的四气、五味、归经、用药频率、组方规律、潜在新方等。结果:共筛选出265条条文,涉及134味中药,挖掘出12个核心组合和11个新处方。结论:古文献中鼾症的病因病机主要集中在“风温”“肺绝”“死证”“少阴证”“痰证”“气虚证”方面,与现代医学论述的中医病机有所不同;常用药物及组合以益气健脾祛湿为主,兼清心除烦、养阴补血;核心组合及新处方可为鼾症的中医药治疗提供新思路。Objective:To sum up the cause and the pathogenesis of obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)in the ancient literature by using the encyclopedia of TCM,traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)(TCMISS),and analyze the medication rules of TCM therapy for OSA in the ancient literature.Methods:The cause,the pathogenesis,the prescription and materia medica of OSA in the encyclopedia of TCM were collected,four properties,five tastes,meridian tropism,medication frequency,medication rules and potential prescription of the prescription and materia medica of the prescriptions and materia medica were analyzed by using TCMISS(V2.5).Results:A total of 265 articles were screened,involving 134 herbs,12 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions were excavated.Conclusion:The etiology and the pathogenesis of OSA in the ancient literature are mainly concentrated on"wind warm""pulmonary failure""fatal illness""Shanyin pattern""phlegm pattern""Qi deficiency pattern",different from TCM pathogenesis in modern statement;the commonly used drugs and combination mainly focus on benefiting Qi,invigorating spleen and removing dampness,clearing heart and relieving restlessness,nourishing Yin and enriching blood;the core combination and new prescriptions could provide new thinking for TCM therapy of OSA.
