摘　　要：通过验案1则探讨基于“肠肾轴”概念的慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)与肠道菌群的关系,而且通过中医“肾-脾-大肠”相关脏腑理论可为肾病治脾提供理论根源,并可采用针药联合治疗CKD合并腹泻。The paper discusses the relationship between chronic kidney disease and intestinal flora on the foundation of the concept of"intestinal kidney axis"via one proven case,it could provide theoretical source for the therapy of kidney disease by spleen via TCM relevant viscera theory of"kidney-spleen-intestine",and treat chronic kidney disease and diarrhea by the combination of acupuncture and medicine.
