摘  要:为了研究同轴多锥辊摆辗薄圆盘的成形过程,利用Deform-3D数值模拟软件对同轴多锥辊摆辗圆盘件进行模拟分析,基于可靠的三维刚塑性有限元模型,研究了多锥辊摆辗圆盘件的变形特征。同时,研究了不同缩比率对同轴多锥辊摆辗成形的影响,最后在摆辗机上验证了数值模型的正确性。结果表明:同轴多锥辊摆辗成形过程中,容易出现失稳翘曲和上大下小的“蘑菇头”形状;工件在距离中心一定距离处的温度最高,中心温度最低;金属流动速度从中心至边缘逐渐增大;成形中的缩比率越高,变形抗力越大,导致其力能参数和非均匀变形程度逐渐升高,同时也将增大其中心缺陷。In order to study the forming process of thin disc by rotary forging with coaxial multi-tapered rollers, numerical simulation software Deform-3D was used to simulate and analyze it, and based on the reliable three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite-element model, the deformation characteristics of disc parts by rotary forging with coaxial multi-tapered rollers were studied. At the same time, the influences of different reduction ratios on rotary forging with coaxial multi-tapered rollers were researched, and the correctness of the numerical model was verified on the rotary forging machine. The results show that in the forming process of rotary forging with coaxial multi-tapered rollers, instability warpage and “mushroom head” shape with large top and small bottom are easy to appear, and the workpiece has the highest temperature at a certain distance from the center and the lowest temperature in the center. The metal flow speed gradually increases from the center to the edge, and the higher the reduction ratio in forming is, the greater the deformation resistance is, which leads to the gradual increasing of its force and energy parameters and non-uniform deformation degree, and also increases its central defect.
