摘  要:根据带卡口的盒型零件的结构特点和工艺分析,优化了多工位级进模的排样设计。提出了卡口的冲锻成形新工艺,该工艺首先在厚度为1 mm的铝板上冷锻出深度为0.8 mm的凹槽,并在凹槽背面挤出两个斜凸台,再沿设定的弯曲路径对凹槽进行直角弯曲,使得两个斜凸台贴合在一起,从而获得强度高、密封性好的卡口;给出了切断弯曲一体模结构,即利用双浮动机构,运用位于弯曲凸模两侧且比其高4 mm的切断凸模冲切分离连接载体和工件的搭边废料,同时弯曲凸模对工件进行弯曲;探讨了二次浮升机构,该机构包含两个推件块,在弹簧力作用下,一次推件块将制件推到与弯曲凹模模面平齐的位置时停止运动,二次推件块继续运动,将卡在凹模型腔中的零件插脚推出模面。试冲结果表明,带卡口的盒型零件多工位级进模的结构独特、设计新颖,能满足制件高精度尺寸的要求。According to the structural features and process analysis of box-shaped part with bayonet, the layout design of multi-position progressive die was optimized. Then, a new process of press-forging was put forward, which first cold-forged a groove with the depth of 0.8 mm on an aluminum plate with the thickness of 1 mm, and extruded two inclined bosses on the back of the groove, and then bent the groove at a right angle along the set bending path to fit the two inclined bosses together, so as to obtain a bayonet with high strength and good sealing. Furthermore, the integrated die structure of blanking and bending was given, using the double floating mechanism, the edge scraps between carriers and workpiece were cut off by the cutting punch which was located on both sides of bending punch and 4 mm higher than it, at the same time, the workpiece was bent by the bending punch. Finally, the secondary floating mechanism was discussed, which consisted of two push blocks. Under the action of spring force, the first push block stopped moving when it pushed the part to the position flush with the upper surface of the bending die, and the second push block continued to move, pushing the pins of part stuck in the die cavity out of the die surface. The test stamping results show that the multi-position progressive die for box-shaped part with bayonet has a unique structure and a novel design, which can meet the requirements of high-precision dimensions for the parts.
