摘  要:条锈病是小麦的主要病害之一,严重威胁小麦的安全生产。湖北襄阳是我国小麦条锈菌的主要冬繁区之一,可以向我国东部和北部麦区提供菌源。为明确襄阳地区小麦条锈菌夏孢子数量动态变化规律,更科学制定小麦条锈病的监测预警和防控策略,本研究利用孢子捕捉仪及TaqMan RT-qPCR方法,2019-2021年对襄阳地区空气中条锈菌夏孢子数量进行了连续监测。结果表明,襄阳地区条锈菌夏孢子数量高峰出现在4-5月和10-11月,且不同年份孢子数量和高峰期持续时间差异较大。相关性分析发现,条锈菌夏孢子数量与空气温度及日照时数呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。Stripe rust is one of the main diseases of wheat, which seriously threatens the safe production of wheat.Xiangyang in Hubei Province is one of the main winter propagation areas of wheat stripe rust in China, which can provide Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici for eastern and northern wheat regions in China.It is of great significance to clarify the dynamic change of urediniospore number of wheat stripe rust in Xiangyang area for monitoring and early warning of wheat stripe rust and the formulation of prevention and control strategies.In this study, spore trapper and TaqMan RT-qPCR were used to monitor the number of urediniospore of stripe rust in Xiangyang area from 2019 to 2021.The results showed that the peak of urediniospore number of stripe rust in Xiangyang area generally occurred in April-May and October-November, and the urediniospore number and peak duration varied greatly in different years.Correlation analysis showed that the number of urediniospore was significantly positively correlated with air temperature and sunshine duration(P<0.05).
