摘 要:为探讨丁酸梭菌对育肥兔生产性能和成活率的影响,分别在4个试验基地各选取35日龄断奶的育肥兔(3个基地伊拉肉兔,1个基地白色獭兔)若干,随机分成3个组(对照组、试验一组和试验二组),每个组至少100只。试验一组饲料中添加丁酸梭菌制剂250 g/t(试验二组饲料中添加丁酸梭菌制剂250 g/t+金霉素100 g/t),对照组添加金霉素100 g/t。试验期35 d.结果表明:试验组育肥兔成活率和日增重与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);多数试验组的料重比低于对照组;丁酸梭菌在预防家兔腹泻方面有较好效果,但对于呼吸道疾病未见积极作用;丁酸梭菌与抗生素配伍,生产性能略有提高,抗生素未对丁酸梭菌产生负面效应,似乎二者具有一定的协同作用。作为抗生素替代品,丁酸梭菌具有开发潜力。In order to explore the influence of Clostridium butyricum on the production performance and survival rate of fattening rabbits, a number of fattening rabbits(three base Yila meat rabbits and one base white Rex rabbit) aged35 days were selected from four test bases, and were randomly divided into 3 groups(control group, test group I and test group II), with at least 100 rabbits in each group. 250 g/t of Clostridium butyricum preparation was added to the feed of test group 1(250 g/t of Clostridium butyricum preparation+100 g/t of chlortetracycline was added to the feed of test group 2), and 100 g/t of chlortetracycline was added to the feed of control group. The results showed that the survival rate and daily gain of fattened rabbits in the test group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05);The feed weight ratio of most experimental groups was lower than that of the control group;Clostridium butyricum has a good effect on preventing diarrhea in rabbits, but has no positive effect on respiratory diseases;The production performance of Clostridium butyricum was slightly improved when it was mixed with antibiotics.Antibiotics did not have negative effects on Clostridium butyricum. It seems that they have a certain synergistic effect. As a substitute for antibiotics, Clostridium butyricum has potential for development.
