摘  要:纯电动车型在发生碰撞时需要考虑对电池的保护,侧面柱碰工况由于柱子接触面远小于壁障,对电池的保护难度远大于前碰和后碰。文章通过研究,制定了柱碰工况下对电池保护的量化指标,识别出半填充挤压铝门槛、“圆管式”四号梁和承载力电池包的方案概念,通过提升管子厚度和曲率,优化挤压铝壁厚和加强筋位置,提高了车身侧面结构整体强度,降低侵入量,提升电池包的安全性能。Electric vehicles should take protection of the battery into consideration during collision.Compared with barrier,pole has smaller contact surface which lead to greater difficulty of protecting battery than the front and rear collision.In this paper,through the research,the quantized indicators of battery protection is developed during side pole impact,and the proposal concept of rocker with half filling extrusion aluminum,4#bar with round tube and integral battery enclosure is identified.The overall strength of the body side structure is improved,the intrusion is reduced,and the safety performance of the battery enclosure is improved by improving the pipe thickness and curvature and optimizing the thickness of extrusion aluminum wall and reinforcement position.
