摘 要:针对传统能源车型在开启空调制冷时能耗大幅增加,我国最近实施了一系列促进车载空调节能减排的法规,但是依规进行实车能耗测试耗时费力,所以文章参考最新国标的测试流程,以某MPV样车为研究对象,建立整车热负荷和空调系统制冷SIMULINK模型,并联合整车模型,仿真车载空调制冷的能耗水平。随后与整车试验结果对比,验证模型的仿真合理性。最后理论分析某些可能影响整车能耗和热负荷的典型因素,为后续车型能耗开发提供参考。In view of the substantial increase in energy consumption of traditional energy vehicles when air conditioning refrigeration is turned on,China has recently implemented a series of laws and regulations to promote energy conservation and emission reduction of on-board air conditioners.However,it is time-consuming and laborious to conduct the energy consumption test of the real vehicle according to the regulations.Therefore,this paper refers to the latest national standard test process,and takes a sample MPV as the research object to establish a SIMULINK model of the vehicle thermal load and air conditioning system refrigeration.Combined with the vehicle model,the energy consumption level of vehicle air-conditioning refrigeration is simulated.Then,the simulation results are compared with the vehicle test results to verify the rationality of the model.Finally,some typical factors that may affect the energy consumption and thermal load of the whole vehicle are analyzed theoretically,providing reference for the subsequent development of vehicle energy consumption.
