摘 要:文章提出了一种以碳化硅泡沫陶瓷作为吸热板的双层玻璃盖板太阳能空气集热器,并在直通结构的基础上,设计了一种折流通道结构。建立了集热器的三维物理数学模型,采用有限体积法对模型进行了求解,对太阳辐射强度、介质入口流速与入口温度对性能的影响进行了分析。结果表明,在太阳辐射强度为800 W/m^(2)的条件下,介质入口流速为1~6 m/s,直通式模型和折流式模型的最高集热效率分别为80.12%,78.49%,最高的出口温度分别为312.2,326.87 K。相同条件下,两种集热器的集热效率相比传统的板式集热器提升了20%~30%。研究结果为碳化硅泡沫陶瓷材料提供了一种新的工程应用方向,并为太阳能集热器的优化设计提供了理论基础。The article proposes a kind of solar air collector with double glass cover plate using silicon carbide foam ceramic as heat absorption plate,and on the basis of the straight through structure,a kind of bending-flow type structure is designed.The three-dimensional physical mathematical model of the collector is established,and the finite volume method was used to solve the model,the effects of solar radiation intensity,medium inlet velocity and inlet temperature on the performance were analyzed.The results showed when the solar radiation intensity is 800 W/m^(2)and the medium inlet velocity ranges from 1 m/s to 6 m/s,the maximum heat collection efficiency of the straight-through type model and the bending-flow type model are 80.12%and 78.49%,and the maximum outlet temperature is 312.2 K and 326.87 K.Under the same conditions,the efficiency of the two kinds of collectors is increased by 20%~30%compared with the traditional flat plate solar collectors.The research results provide a new direction for the engineering application of SiC foam ceramic materials,and provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of solar collector.
