摘  要:铜冶炼污酸中含有重金属、砷、氟、氯等污染因子,针对现有污酸处理工艺技术危险废物产生量大,工艺技术复杂,处理成本高等缺点,通过低压蒸馏、硫化沉淀、石灰中和等技术对污酸进行处理,确定了最优工艺条件。处理后上清液回用于生产,危险废物硫化渣的产生量大幅减少,达到降低污酸处理成本、减少污染的目的。The copper smelting waste acid contains heavy metals, arsenic, fluorine, chlorine and other pollution factors,and in view of the shortcomings of the existing waste acid treatment process technology, such as large amount of hazardous waste, complex process technology and high treatment cost, the waste acid is treated by low pressure distillation, sulfide precipitation, lime neutralization and other technologies, and the optimal process conditions are determined. After treatment, the supernatant is reused for production, and the amount of sulfide residue of hazardous waste is greatly reduced, so as to reduce the cost of waste acid treatment and reduce pollution.
