摘  要:针对净化厂动力站除氧器和扩容器的排气口长时间向大气排放蒸汽,增加了除盐水在除氧环节低压蒸汽的消耗量和除盐水的消耗量的问题,研究了放散蒸汽回收技术,确定了配套的汽水混合器、汽水分离器等设备,以及对应的控制系统,实现了动力站放散蒸汽的高效回收利用,为其他能源化工企业的类似装置节能优化提供了借鉴。Aiming at the problem that the exhaust outlets of the deaerator and expander in the power station of the purification plant discharge steam to the atmosphere for a long time, which increases the consumption of low-pressure steam and demineralized water in the deaeration section of the demineralized water, the recovery technology of the released steam is studied, and the supporting steam water mixer, steam water separator and other equipment are determined, as well as the corresponding control system, so as to realize the efficient recovery and utilization of the released steam in the power station, It provides a reference for other energy and chemical enterprises to carry out energy-saving optimization of similar devices.
