卡托普利联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及药副作用发生情况分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨卡托普利联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及副作用发生情况分析。方法 选取65例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象。对照组为卡托普利治疗患者30例;观察组为卡托普利联合前列地尔治疗患者35例。比较两组药物治疗后的总有效率、治疗前后24h尿蛋白(UTP)、血肌酐(SCr)及血尿素氮(BUN)指标水平变化以及用药过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组的UTP、SCr及BUN指标水平均较前明显下降,其中观察组指标降低更为显著(P<0.05);不良反应的总发生率两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 卡托普利联合前列地尔序贯治疗方案应用于糖尿病肾病中,在显著减少蛋白尿、高血压和水肿等症状的同时降低UTP、SCr及BUN指标,且不良反应少,具有较高安全性,可在临床应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of captopril combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 65 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as the research objects.30 patients were treated with captopril in the control group.Observation group:35 patients were treated with captopril combined with alprostadil.The total effective rate after treatment,changes of urinary protein(UTP),serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)24 hours before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during medication were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The sequential treatment of captopril combined with alprostadil in diabetic nephropathy can significantly reduce the symptoms of proteinuria,hypertension and edema,while reducing THE indexes of UTP,SCr and BUN,with fewer adverse reactions,and has high safety,which can be used in clinical application.
