摘　　要：目的:构建膀胱癌根治术后目标导向性早期活动方案。方法:成立研究小组,在文献循证和病例回顾分析的基础上形成膀胱癌根治术后目标导向性早期活动方案初稿,采用改良德尔菲法对18名相关专科领域专家进行专家咨询,进一步修改、完善方案。结果:共进行2轮专家咨询,2轮咨询专家积极系数分别为85.71%和100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.95,0.95,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.180,0.162(均P<0.001)。最终形成包含术前教育、活动前评估、停止活动指征、每日活动目标以及活动监测与动态评估共24个条目的膀胱癌根治术后目标导向性早期活动方案。结论:构建的膀胱癌根治术后目标导向性早期活动方案具有一定的科学性、可靠性与实用性。objective:To construct a goal-directed early mobilization program for radical cystectomy of bladder cancer.Methods:By establishing a research team,reviewing literatures,and retrospectively analyzing cases,we initially formed a goal-directed early mobilization program for radical cystectomy of bladder cancer.Then modified Delphi method was used to consult in 18 professors to further revise and improve the program.Results:In 2 rounds of professor consultation,experts′response rates were 85.71%and 100.00%,respectively,and the expert authority was 0.95,and Kendall′s harmony coefficients were 0.180 and 0.162(both P<0.001).Finally,a goal-directed early mobilization program with 24 items for radical cystectomy of bladder cancer was formed,including preoperative education,pre-activity assessment,inactivity indications,postoperative daily activity goals,activity monitoring and dynamic assessment.Conclusion:The constructed goal-directed early mobilization program for radical cystectomy of bladder cancer had certain scientific,reliability and practicality.
