品管圈管理活动在有效缩短普外科护理人员交接工作时间过程中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈小组活动在有效缩短普外科护理人员交接工作时间过程中的实际应用性及效果。方法 2020年9月—2021年3月本院普外科成立了品管圈活动小组,由10名普外科护士按个人工作自愿性原则组成“萤光圈”,本次活动主题为“缩短普外科护理交接班时间”,进行本次活动开展现况综合跟踪调查、要因综合调查分析,制定投入实施相应的负责护理技能,改善业务工作具体措施并积极主动组织本次活动投入实施,比较开展品管圈小组活动前后责任护士护理交接工作执行时间。结果 普外科责任护士护理交接工作执行时间由开展品管圈小组活动前的97.5分钟大幅降低下降至在品管圈小组活动后的50分钟,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 开展品管圈小组活动后的实施结果有助于有效控制缩短护理交接工作时间,提高了护理业务工作效率和满意度。减少了拖班的发生,同时也为患者提供了高效的交班要求。Objective To study the practical application and effect of the quality control circle group activities in effectively shortening the nursing shift time of general surgical nurses.Methods The quality control circle activity group was established during September,2020 and March 2021,the group was consisted of 10 general surgery nurses,according to the principle of personal work voluntariness to consist "fluorescence circle".Based on the activity theme of "shortening the shift time of general surgery nursing",we carried out a comprehensive follow-up survey on the current situation and a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the main factors,formulated and implemented corresponding responsible nursing skills,improved specific measures for business work,and actively organized the implementation of this activity.Finally,we compared the implementation time of the nursing shift of the responsible nurses before and after the quality control circle group activities.Results The execute time of nursing handover among responsible nurses in general surgery department decreased significantly from 97.5 minutes to 50 minutes after the quality control circle group activity,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation results of the quality control circle group activities are helpful to effectively control and shorten the nursing handover time of the general surgery department of our hospital,and improve the work efficiency and satisfaction on the nursing business.It reduces the occurrence of late shift and also provides patients with efficient shift handover requirements.
