摘　　要：本文通过对电动汽车依据《电动汽车远程服务与管理系统技术规范第3部分:通信协议及数据格式》(GB/T32960.3-2016)上传的数据进行统计分析,研究电动汽车二手交易时线下评估价格的修正系数模型。同时,本文还针对车辆使用情况和电池等器件健康状况的大数据分析,开展电动汽车保值率的研究,帮助二手电动汽车交易各方获取更全面的车辆信息并使得成交价更为合理,希望该研究能为促进电动汽车的推广应用提供一些参考。Through statistical analysis of the uploaded data of electric vehicle standards,this paper studies the correction coefficient model of offline evaluation price of second-hand electric vehicles trading.Meanwhile,this paper also conducts a study on the residual value of electric vehicles by analyzing the big data on the usage of electric vehicles and the health condition of batteries and other devices to help the parties of second-hand electric vehicle transactions to obtain more comprehensive vehicle information and make the transaction price more reasonable.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference to promote the application of electric vehicles.
