摘  要:供给侧改革是结构性优化供给配置、提升供给品质的重要举措。当前,部分地方高校人才培养工作与国民经济和社会发展结合不够紧密,导致人才供需两侧面临多重困境,无法有效满足产业发展、岗位能力、知识需要、应用技能等对高校人才培养的实际需求。地方高校与区域国民经济和社会发展互动紧密,有利于以学生发展为中心,推动科研与教学紧密结合,深化科产教融合,全面提高人才培养供给侧质量。Supply-side reform is essential to structurally optimize supply allocation and improve supply quality.At present,talent training in some colleges and universities is not closely integrated with the national economy and social development.It has resulted in multiple dilemmas on both sides of talent supply and demand,which can not effectively meet the needs of industrial development,post capacity,knowledge structure,and application skills.Local colleges and universities should interact closely with the regional and national economy and social development.This interaction is conducive to taking student development as the center,promoting the close integration of scientific research and teaching,deepening the integration of science,industry,and education,and comprehensively improving the supply side quality of talent training.
