中国制造业对美贸易依赖与摩擦应对分析——基于东亚区域价值链的视角

摘　　要：中美贸易摩擦对中国制造业造成了一定的冲击,为降低对经济的影响程度,中国应充分利用东亚区域价值链加以应对。通过对中国各制造行业进出口增加值来源细分行业进行研究,文章认为:对于中国来说,日本、韩国在化学及药剂制品、碱性金属和金属制品等可替代制造业行业是能够与美国抗衡的重要合作伙伴,越南等东盟国家在一些轻工制造业也逐渐成为中国重要的增加值进口来源。这表明,构建东亚区域价值链不仅能够缓解中美贸易摩擦给中国带来的负面影响,也能为其他东亚经济体的发展提供新的契机。因此,中国应加强与日韩和东盟国家的务实合作,并针对重要制造行业制定适宜的产业政策,在增强本国制造业产业竞争力的同时,确保东亚区域价值链的稳定发展。The Sino-US trade friction has had a certain impact on China’s manufacturing.In order to mitigate its influence,China should make full use of the East Asian regional value chain.By studying the sources of added value in the China’s manufacturing import and export in different sub-industries,it is proved that Japan,and the Republic of Korea are important partners for China that can rival the United States in replaceable manufacturing industries such as chemicals and pharmaceutical products,alkaline metals and metal products,and ASEAN countries such as Vietnam have gradually become China’s important sources of value-added imports in some light manufacturing industries.It is proved that building East Asia regional value chain will not only alleviate the negative impact of Sino-US trade friction on China,but also provide new opportunities for the development of other East Asian economies.Therefore,China should strengthen substantive cooperation with Japan,Republic of Korea and ASEAN countries,formulate appropriate industrial policies for key manufacturing industries,enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing industries to ensure the stable development of East Asia regional value chain.
