摘　　要：分析了妇幼保健院门诊公共空间使用人群的行为及需求,并通过实地调研的方法,从通行、服务、信息传达等方面考察了深圳市妇幼保健院门诊公共空间的无障碍建设现状,并进一步挖掘问题的成因,针对空间布局优化、无障碍设施系统化及人性化设计、医院信息传达智能化提出了建议。The article analyses the behavioral needs of the people who use it, and examines the current situation of the accessibility of the outpatient public space of the Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from the levels of access, service and information. The article thus further explores the causes of the problem and makes suggestions for the optimization of spatial layout, the systematic and humanized design of barrier-free facilities and the intelligence of hospital information.
