摘　　要：以深圳平乐骨伤科医院项目为研究对象,阐述了该项目面临的各种难题,分析了既有建筑改造而成的医院(以下简称“旧改医院”)与新建医院在功能设置及实现方式上的差异,总结医院在功能设置上的重点,并提出功能完善的意见及解决方案,以期为旧改医院工程提供参考。Taking the Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedics Hospital project as the research object,this paper analyzes the differences in functional settings and implementation methods between the existing building converted into a hospital(hereinafter referred to as"the old hospital")and the new general hospital.It summarizes the key points of the hospital functions,and puts forward suggestions or solutions to improve them,in order to provide reference for the old hospital transformation project.
