摘　　要：通过分析广州医科大学附属第一医院重症医学科医用吊塔安装项目全过程,探讨医用吊塔安装过程中医学工程师应重点关注的问题并总结经验,提出医用吊塔安装全流程管理思路。By analyzing the whole process of the installation project of the medical pendant in the Intensive Care Unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, it discusses the issues that medical engineers should pay attention to during the installation of the medical pendant and sums up the experience, proposes the whole process management idea of the installation of the medical pendant.
