摘 要:将等规聚丙烯与丙烯-乙烯-1-丁烯三元无规共聚聚丙烯(RCPP)熔融共混,制备了不同比例的共混物,研究了共混物在程序升降温及淬冷条件下的结晶和熔融行为以及淬冷试样的力学性能。DSC测试结果表明,共混物的熔融温度、结晶温度等参数以及熔融再结晶行为均随共混物的组成及升降温条件的变化而改变;WAXD测试结果表明,聚丙烯试样的晶体类型不受共混影响,均为α-晶型,共混物的结晶度随RCPP含量的增大而减小;拉伸测试结果表明,共混物的杨氏模量及屈服强度整体上随RCPP含量的增大而减小,并受晶体微观结构的影响。讨论了结晶和熔融行为反映的结构与性能的关系。A series of isotactic polypropylene/propylene-ethylene-1-butene ternary random copolymer polypropylene(RCPP)blends with varied composition were prepared by melt blending.The crystallization and melting behavior of the blends under programmed temperature and quenching conditions and the mechanical properties of quenched samples were studied.DSC test results indicate that the melt temperature and crystallization temperature of the blends and the melting recrystallization behavior all change with the blend composition and the temperature condition.WAXD test results show that the crystal type of propylene sample isα-type without affected by blending,and the crystallinity decreases with the increase of RCPP content.The tensile test results show that the Young’s modulus and yield strength of the blends decrease with the increase of the RCPP content,and are affected by crystal microstructure.The structure-property relationship reflected by crystallization and melting behavior was also discussed.
