摘 要:制备了一种耐高温可降解封窜剂,对封窜剂的长期稳定性、封堵性能及降解性能进行评价,并考察了封窜剂的现场工业应用情况。实验结果表明,组成为20%(w)锂镁层状双氢氧化物+5%(w)聚酰胺+1%(w)过硫酸钠+0.2%(w)硫脲的封窜剂体系在80~160℃范围内成胶,成胶时间可控制在1.5~27 h之间,成胶强度保持在G级以上;在250℃下老化90 d的脱水率仅为0.51%,250℃下降解5 d,降解率可达94.2%;在160℃下突破压力可达26.4 MPa,封堵性能良好;聚酰胺可以与锂镁层状双氢氧化物相互交联形成完整的网络交叉互穿结构从而增强封窜剂耐温性能。该封窜剂在现场应用中取得了良好的封窜效果。A high temperature resistant and degradable channeling sealing agent was prepared.The long-term stability,sealing characteristics and degradation performance of the channeling sealing agent were evaluated,and the industrial application of the channeling sealing agent was investigated.The experimental results show that the gelation temperature of the channeling sealing agent system composed of 20%(w)lithium magnesium layered double hydroxide,5%(w)polyamide,1%(w)sodium persulfate and 0.2%(w)thiourea is 80-160℃.The gelation time can be controlled at 1.5-27 h,and the gel strength is maintained above G level.The dehydration rate is only 0.51%after aging at 250℃for 90 d,and the degradation rate is 94.2%after degradation at 250℃for 5 d.The breakthrough pressure can reach 26.4 MPa at 160℃,and the sealing characteristics are good.Polyamide can be crosslinked with lithium magnesium layered double hydroxide to form a complete network cross-interpenetrating structure to enhance the temperature resistance of the channeling sealing agent.The channeling sealing agent has achieved good sealing effect in field application.
