摘 要:为提高氦气开发的程度,提高天然气中氦气的提取率,将乙烷回收工艺与深冷-膜分离提氦工艺相结合,得到联产乙烷的天然气深冷-膜分离提氦技术。经验证,回收率能够达到工艺设计要求。经济性与适用性分析结果表明,在相同操作条件下,联产乙烷的天然气深冷-膜分离提氦工艺相比于天然气提氦工艺与乙烷回收工艺的总压缩能耗、综合能耗及单位综合能耗均低20%;且在乙烷含量、含氦量、处理量等波动时,都有较好的适用性。In order to improve the helium exploitation and to increase the extraction rate of helium from natural gas,the cryogenic-membrane separation process for helium extraction from natural gas with coproduction of ethane was obtained by combining the ethane recovery process with cryogenic-membrane separation process.With verification,the recovery rate can meet the requirements of process design.The results of economic and applicability analysis show that,under the same operating conditions,the total compression energy consumption,comprehensive energy consumption and unit comprehensive energy consumption of the cryogenic-membrane separation and helium extraction process are more than 20%lower than those of the natural gas helium-extraction process and the ethane recovery process,and the coproduction process has good adaptability when ethane content,helium content and processing capacity fluctuate.
