摘  要:长期以来,汽轮机叶片水蚀都是影响机组效率和安全性的重要问题。汽轮机低负荷工况下,高速水滴撞击造成的叶片水蚀日益严重,掌握汽轮机叶片水蚀规律并减少损伤对汽轮机正常运行具有重要意义。首先总结了汽轮机叶片水蚀疲劳寿命预测和叶片表面侵蚀方面的研究,尤其介绍了基于数据驱动的叶片水蚀寿命预测方法,然后总结了叶片的防水蚀措施,着重介绍了防水蚀新工艺的相关研究。所做的综述可为汽轮机防水蚀提供思路及方法。For a long time, water droplet erosion of steam turbine blade is a serious problem affecting the efficiency and safety of the unit. In low-load operation condition of steam turbines, the blade erosion impacted by high-speed water droplets becomes increasingly severe, therefore, it is of great significance for the normal operation of steam turbines to master the mechanism of water droplet erosion and reduce damage. Firstly, the research on the prediction of water erosion fatigue life of steam turbine blades and blade surface erosion is summerazed, and a data-driven life prediction method is introduced. Then the anti-droplet erosion assessment for blades is presented and the new relevant research on the anti-droplet erosion process is emphasized. This review can provide ideas and methods for anti-droplet erosion of steam turbines.
