摘 要:联合循环机组的热态快速启停能力为电网提供了充足的调峰裕度,但其冷态启动不仅耗时长,而且效率低下,亟待进行优化。主要简述了在联合循环机组燃气轮机并网至汽轮机中速暖机阶段,以及汽轮机中速暖机至汽轮机啮合阶段中进行控制逻辑优化及技术改造的过程,该工作能够大幅缩短联合循环机组冷态启动时间,提升机组效率和经济性。同时,相关研究证实此冷态启动优化不会影响汽轮机安全。研究成果可为类似联合循环机组冷态启动优化提供参考。The combined cycle unit has the ability of rapid hot start-up and shutdown, which provides sufficient regulation margin of peak load for the electricity grid. However, the time of its cold start-up process is too long and the efficiency is not satisfying. The optimization of control logic and technology modification for the period between the connection of the combined cycle gas turbine to the grid and the warm up of the steam turbine with intermediate speed, and the period afterwards until the engagement of the steam turbine is presented. This work can largely reduce the cold start-up time of the combined cycle unit and improve the efficiency and economy. Meanwhile, the cold start-up optimization is proved to have no harm to the unit safety. The research result can provide reference for the cold start-up optimization for similar type of combined cycle unit.
