摘  要:针对重型燃气轮机液压执行机构紧急关闭的动作过程,分析液压油流出工作油缸流经管路的局部阻力,结合活塞受力分析,建立了活塞运动速度的数学模型。基于此,计算执行机构活塞从紧急关闭触发到完全关闭的位置轨迹,对运动速度的计算结果及运动速度公式进行分析,提出了一种工程设计中方便使用的紧急关闭时间的简单计算方法,并将计算结果与试验记录进行对比,发现计算所得位置曲线与试验记录吻合度高,紧急关闭时间计算值与实际值之间误差较小。Focused on action process of hydraulic actuator during emergency closing, the local resistance in the oil path of the hydraulic oil outside the working oil cylinder is analyzed, and a mathematical model of the piston movement speed is established according to the force analysis. Based on this, the track of the actuator piston from emergency closing trigger to complete close is calculated, and analysis is carried out on the calculation results of the piston movement speed and the formula. Moreover, a simple calculation method of the emergency closing time is proposed for the design convenience in engineering, and its results are compared with the test records. It is found that the calculated position curve is in good agreement with the test records, and the error between the calculation and actual value is small.
