摘　　要：断裂韧性是汽轮机转子设计、制造和安全性运行评估的关键材料数据之一。测试研究结果显示,汽轮机低压转子锻件用830 MPa强度等级30Cr2Ni4MoV钢在室温下的断裂韧性为264 MPa·√m。通过与其他强度等级的30Cr2Ni4MoV钢的断裂韧性数据进行对比分析,可见随着强度等级提高,30Cr2Ni4MoV钢的室温断裂韧性略有下降,但830 MPa强度等级钢的室温断裂韧性与常用的760 MPa等级基本处于同一水平,仍保持在较高值上。研究成果可为高强度30Cr2Ni4MoV钢低压转子锻件的设计制造提供参考。Fracture toughness is one of the key parameters in design, manufacture and operation evaluation of steam turbine rotor. The result of research and test shows that the fracture toughness of 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel in 830 MPa strength grade used in steam turbine LP rotor at room temperature is 264 MPa·√m. Compared with the fracture toughness data of 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel in other strength grades, it is found that the fracture toughness of 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel in 830 MPa strength grade declines slightly with the upgrade of strength at room temperature, however, the fracture toughness of the material in 760 MPa and 830 MPa strength grade at room temperature are in the same level with high value. The research results can provide reference for the design and manufacture of high strength 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel used in LP rotor forgings.
